ebode will advise you of all the costs that can be reasonably expected in relation to the contracted work on your ebode home, before the contract is signed.
The only items excluded from this warranty are:

• increases in excavation, foundation and drainage costs due to factors not apparent at the time of signing the contract (e.g. solid rock is found beneath the soil on site after excavation has commenced, impeding further foundation work); and
  
  
• increased costs resulting from damage or delays caused by the weather; and
  
  
• increased costs resulting from changes to Local Authority requirements.
