ebode will design and build your ebode home in a highly ethical and environmentally sustainable way. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the design, materials and/or construction methods used in your ebode home, we ask that you advise us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that this happens, ebode will either:

• provide you with information and/or documentation to alleviate your concerns regarding our use of the design, materials and/or construction method in your home.
  
  
• Or during the design phase, offer you an acceptable alternative within the agreed budget.
