ebode warranties that the Total Contract Price, which we will advise you of in writing before we start building your ebode home, will be the final price you will pay for your home.
The only items excluded from this warranty are:

• any variations to your ebode home that you request after the contract is signed; and
  
  
• any adjustments made to PC Sums.
