We at ebode, agree to use 'Best Practice'# when constructing your home, enabling us to guarantee its weathertightness† for ten years. The warranty will come into effect from the date of your home's Practical Completion.
In the unlikely event a weathertightness problem becomes apparent, you are required to:

• notify ebode within fourteen days, so that appropriate remedial action can be taken; and
  
  
• take any action needed to limit aggravation of the problem until it can be assessed by your local ebode agent.
